Expect a perfumy, complex, juicy and sweet cup. Guji region is a super high altitude (2,000m masl) haven in Southern Ethiopia for coffee farming. It is remote and beautifully lush with green valleys and forests.
Ethiopia Guji region produces incredible coffees and much of the land is untouched forest and the soil is incredibly fertile. So much so that no additional fertilizers are required, and the default here is Organic!
When you pour a splash of oat drink into your coffee you might not think it’s enough to make a difference for the planet, but actually a good amount of cow’s milk that humans drink is in coffee, so you really are helping out the planet when you pour that sustainable, non-dairy splash and could even feel justified whispering “I’m amazing!”.
